  • All products must be in the condition you received it. We will not do exchanges for products that have been used, worn, washed or otherwise damaged.
  • Customers must pay for return shipping. We will take care of all reshipping costs.
  • Refunds generally take 5-7 days to return to the customer's account.
  • Some items (posters, mugs) may not be returnable, but contact us about an exchange.
